Shipping and Handling Fees  

• A flat rate fee of $25.00 will be applied to all orders with regular shipping (3-10 business days). 

Please note that additional shipping charges will apply for exceptionally heavy and/or oversized items.  

Shipping Timeline 

St. John Ambulance Alberta processes and ships orders within 24 hours of receipt during business hours, assuming the product is in stock. Normal shipping within Alberta takes 3 – 10 business days from the date of order receipt. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email order confirmation along with a tracking number to monitor the status of your purchase.
