Description

In 1897, St John Ambulance was established in Edmonton and Calgary, training nurses in first aid. To celebrate this historic year, a 76mm Commemorative Medallion has been designed, featuring the logo of St John Canada—a white Maltese Cross in a black roundel with the Maple Leaf. The medallion depicts the Wild Rose, Alberta’s official flower, and represents 125 years of St John’s service in the province.
